• Bet confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, except under special circumstances.
• Odds Changes: During live betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event does not start or is cancelled midway, dk gaming will refund the stake or settle the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk gaming platform. Violations will result in serious consequences.

• Involvement in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's identity or payment account.
• Using computer software or bots to place bets.
• Attempting to access or hack into the dk gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

Dk gaming may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances.

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification fails or false information is found.
• If suspicious or unusual transaction activity is detected.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.

Before closing your account, dk gaming will notify you of the reason and, where applicable, arrange to return any valid balance you hold.

Dk gaming is not liable for the following.

• For bets lost or transactions that fail due to internet disconnection.
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment gateway issues.
• Losses caused by a fault in your device or software.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

In the event of any technical issue or dispute, dk gaming's decision shall be considered final. That said, we always strive to resolve all matters fairly and transparently.

Dk gaming reserves the right to partially or fully modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notification on the platform.
